  • Whether working one-to-one with an actor or collaborating with an entire creative team for production coaching, I create a safe and exploratory space for all. I believe that voice, text, and dialect work are each a holistic process that is different for every person.

  • Voice work and communication skills are key elements to the success of corporate leaders and professionals around the globe. Those who use their voice to influence and manage others benefit greatly when learning how to communicate effectively and sort through their thoughts clearly.

  • Building trust and rapport with patients are integral to medical professionals and their work. Strengthening communication skills like active listening, appropriate tone, body language awareness, and building empathy will lead to better patient relations.

  • In today’s landscape, creative spaces that provide voices of authority on authenticity, accountability, and cultural sensitivity benefit projects and individuals greatly. My work focuses on the mindfulness of who is in the space and how the work impacts theatre makers and audiences alike. When working with a script, I question whether the storytelling continually oppresses marginalized communities, and if so, how to confront it. Collectively, we bravely question and contend with harmful storytelling.

  • Statistics show that empowering women, female teens, and young girls, improve their political, social, economic, and health status. We will work together to build the skills necessary to address the common and unique hurdles that this demographic faces.

  • In a rapidly changing industry, directors, writers, and creative teams are prioritizing culturally sensitive, competent, and informed performances. I offer workshops for students, training programs, and working actors to help approach accent work in a way that respects the culture, background, and histories of the language and people. We discuss how our identities are infused into performances and discuss strategies when characters are further away from our experience. Workshops are tailored to the group’s needs and can be nuanced in whatever way is useful to participants.
